Holy crap! I have to get ready to go and see my family in 4 days. I am only staying from the 24th until the 29th…but I already don’t know how I am going to handle it. Today answered last night’s prayers and we found my cell phone! It survived being outside overnight—when most people wouldn’t have! It rained hard—like a monsoon—most of the night, and my phone was frozen solid this morning!
Put it in a bowl of rice….and it works again! Way to go!
Also, weigh in today…not much of a loss, but still a loss! I am at 180lbs....

It’s been so long since I’ve posted anything on here with my own ideas. What have I been up to? Walking, eating….it’s been a hectic few days.
Today—I realized I lost my cell phone on our walk today. Stressin’ major…walked all of our walk this afternoon, with no avail. Hopefully we’ll find it on our walk tomorrow…!!!

Day Seven
Day Seven: Post one confession.
I am afraid that I will never be happy with my weight. That once I start really losing again, I won’t be able to stop. I’m scared of losing so much weight that I can’t have children with my fiance, and I’m scared that I’ll disappoint him because I wasn’t strong enough to stop.
And yet I still lie to him, in order to fast.

I missed yesterday, it wasn’t that I didn’t eat or walk. I did both! But it wasn’t really a good day otherwise, so yeah. Consider it a “normal-low” day.
Today:
Borrrrrinnng. But I am actually proud of myself! I baked for everyone this Christmas in order to save money. I made fudge, carmel, those cupcakes I posted earlier, banana bread, and mexican wedding...

Time to get this out of the way
I am going to be using this tumblr as a way to keep track of my weight loss and publish pictures that inspire me to go about it in a sustainable way.
Currently, I am on a diet that limits my calories to around 1500-1000 a day, with steep walks for at least 4 miles a day.
